1. Minimum Commitment Memberships have a minimum term of 3 months.
2. Freeze Period After the first 3 months, members may freeze their membership once for up to 2 weeks.
3. Renewals Memberships renew automatically monthly or annually depending on your plan unless cancelled in line with the cancellation policy.
4. Cancellations Cancellations must be requested in writing with at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date.
5. Sharing Policy Memberships are for personal use only and cannot be transferred or shared. Upon registering for membership, you will be asked to submit your ID by email and you may be asked to show ID upon arrival. 
6. No Refunds All payments are non-refundable once processed.
7. Usage Policy Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
8. Location Access Membership covers full access to all six sauna sites; Sligo, Graiguenamanagh, Carlingford, Bective Mill, Inchicore, and Killiney at any time, seven days a week.
9. Health & Safety By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you are fit to use sauna facilities and agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff.
