Welcome to The Hot Box Sauna. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or using our facilities.

 

1. Booking Policies

1.1 How to Book Bookings can be made online through our website (https://thehotboxsauna.ie) using our Booking system. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

1.2 Age Restrictions Participants must be 18 years or older to book and use our services.

1.3 Group Bookings For large group bookings beyond the standard offerings on our booking engine, please contact us directly at info@thehotboxsauna.ie. Custom terms may apply.

 

2. Cancellation and Refund Policies

2.1 Cancellation Deadlines Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours and 8 hours respectively, before the scheduled session to qualify for a refund or rebooking.

2.2 No-Shows Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full booking fee. We can only serve cancellations or reschedule requests if they adhere to our cancellation policy.

 

3. Loyalty Program

3.1 Program Details Customers earn a free session after 9 paid check-ins. Full details are available through our partner Squid.

3.2 Eligibility Loyalty rewards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other offers or discounts.

 

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Health Disclaimer Use of our sauna facilities is at your own risk. We recommend consulting a healthcare provider if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Cardiovascular issues

  • Pregnancy

  • Skin sensitivities

4.2 Prohibited Activities The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during your session.

  • Bringing glass or sharp objects into the sauna.

4.3 Liability Waiver The Hot Box Sauna is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or other health issues arising from the use of our facilities.

 

5. Customer Conduct

5.1 Behavioral Expectations We expect all customers to:

  • Respect staff and other guests.

  • Adhere to the session schedule.

  • Be responsible for their own belongings.

5.2 Policy Violations Failure to comply with our conduct guidelines may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
