Refund policy

 

Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Between 24 hours and 5 hours before we will reschedule your booking. 

We cannot facilitate cancellations within 24 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.
