Embark on a transformative journey of relaxation and rejuvenation at our premier shared sauna facility, located in the heart of Dublin's Grand Canal Dock.
Our 60/75 minute experiences are tailored for both seasoned wellness enthusiasts and those new to the practice. Our sanctuary features three unique sauna experiences, each thoughtfully designed to offer distinct benefits and an unforgettable escape.
Our sauna experiences are enhanced by sauna guides who have been trained in sauna rituals from Finland, Estonia and Germany to showcase these rituals and give customers an enhanced sauna experience. These rituals run at specific times throughout the weekdays and weekends.
In addition to our three diverse sauna experiences, we offer state-of-the-art plunge pools in three invigorating temperatures - cold, tepid, and warm.
These pools are expertly crafted to complement and elevate your sauna sessions, helping to refresh, balance, and deeply relax your body and mind.
Whether you're cooling down, finding harmony, or enhancing your relaxation, our plunge pools provide the perfect finishing touch to your wellness ritual.

Rituals are offered during specific sessions during weekdays and weekends.
The timetable is as follows:
(Monday - Friday)
Afternoon: 17:00, 17:10, 17:20.
Evening: 19:35, 19:45 and 19:55.
(Saturday & Sunday)
Morning: 09:10, 09:20, 09:30.
Afternoon: 12:45, 12:55, 13:05, 16:40, 16:50, 17:00.
Evening: 19:35, 19:45 and 19:55.

- If you can't select the number of seats, it's because only one is available.

Where to find us
Once on Barrow Street, you can walk behind the google building and you will find us. We are a 3min walk from the Grand Canal Dock Dart station and we are across the Grindstones Cafe in Boland's Mills.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Between 24 and 5 hours before you can reschedule your booking using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
We cannot facilitate reschedules within 5 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.
Should I arrive before my slot begins?
You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes.
