Welcome to our Yoga Studio By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Instructors, Please read them carefully before renting our yoga studio.
1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Yoga Studio’s facilities by instructors conducting classes, workshops, private sessions, or other wellness-related activities.
By booking or using the premises, the Instructor agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Instructor Requirements
The Instructor shall:
● Hold appropriate qualifications, certifications, and training relevant to the services provided.
● Maintain valid professional liability/public liability insurance throughout the period of use.
● Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
● Provide copies of certifications and insurance documents upon request.
3. Facility Use
● The Instructor may use only the areas allocated by the Yoga Studio.
● Rooms must be used solely for approved activities.
● The Instructor shall respect scheduled booking times, including setup and cleanup.
● The Instructor shall leave all facilities, equipment, and common areas in a clean and orderly condition.
4. Bookings and Payments
● Bookings are confirmed only upon acceptance by the Yoga Studio and payment of any required fees.
● Fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
● Additional charges may apply for overtime use, damage, or excessive cleaning requirements.
5. Cancellation Policy
Instructor Cancellation
● Cancellations made more than [7] days before the booking date may receive a full refund.
● Cancellations made within [7] days are subject to full charges.
Centre Cancellation
The Yoga Studio reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, maintenance issues, or events beyond its reasonable control. In such cases, fees paid will be refunded or credited.
6. Health and Safety
The Instructor agrees to:
● Conduct classes in a safe and professional manner.
● Ensure participants are advised to exercise within their own abilities.
● Report accidents, injuries, hazards, or incidents immediately.
● Comply with all emergency procedures and health and safety requirements.
7. Participant Responsibility
The Instructor is solely responsible for:
● Screening participants for suitability.
● Obtaining any required health declarations or consent forms.
● Maintaining attendance records where appropriate.
● Managing participant conduct during classes.
8. Equipment
● Studio-owned equipment must be used responsibly and only for its intended purpose.
● Any damage, loss, or excessive wear caused by the Instructor or participants may be charged to the Instructor.
● Personal equipment brought onto the premises remains the Instructor's responsibility.
9. Insurance and Liability
● The Instructor shall maintain adequate professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
● The Yoga Studio shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to the Instructor's property.
● The Instructor agrees to indemnify the Yoga Studio against claims arising from the Instructor's activities, negligence, or breach of these Terms.
10. Marketing and Promotion
● Instructors may advertise classes held at the Yoga Centre only with accurate representation of the facilities and services.
● Use of the Yoga Studio’s name, logo, or branding requires prior written approval.
11. Conduct
The Instructor shall:
● Treat all participants, staff, and visitors respectfully.
● Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour.
● Maintain professional standards at all times.
The Yoga Studio reserves the right to terminate access immediately for misconduct or breach of these Terms.
12. Data Protection
The Instructor is responsible for complying with applicable data protection and privacy legislation regarding participant information.
13. Termination
The Yoga Studio may terminate this agreement immediately if:
● The Instructor breaches these Terms and Conditions.
● Required insurance or qualifications lapse.
● The Instructor engages in conduct that may harm the reputation, safety, or operation of the Yoga Studio.
14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, utility failures, or public health emergencies.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
16. Acceptance
By booking or using the Yoga Studios facilities, the Instructor confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
