Our studio space is available for rent for your classes, we can facilitate up to 20 people in our space and slots run for an hour and 15 minutes which includes time for cleaning down after.

Just beside the studio, our sauna provides the perfect compliment to your practice. Whether you're unwinding after a yoga class, easing muscle tension, or simply taking time to recharge, the soothing heat helps promote relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness.

- Bring water, and suitable footwear.
- Walk-ins are welcome - subject to availability.
- If you can't select the number of seats, it's because only one is available.

On Victoria Road, just before reaching Albert Roundabout, take a right turn through the gates at the former Careys Tool Hire. There is ample free parking available; however, vehicles left for more than 1.5 hours may be subject to clamping.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Between 24 and 5 hours before you can reschedule your booking using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
We cannot facilitate reschedules within 5 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.
Should I arrive before my slot begins?
You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes.
