Pirtis
Pirtis is a Lithuanian sauna tradition which uses hot rocks, steam and whisking. Whisking is traditional bodywork that is performed by brushing the body with whisks made of small plant branches and hot steam.

Saunotus
Finnish Saunotus is a guided, multisensory ritual that weaves together mythology, meditation, herbal healing and bodywork. The sauna guide is a servant of the löyly and the sauna. The löyly being the steam, the spirit and the life of the sauna
