Yin & Yang: A Two-Part Aufguss Sauna Journey
Join Sauna Masters Sean and Otis at Hotbox Sauna in Bolands Mills for a special 2-hour immersive sauna experience exploring the balance of Yang and Yin through two contrasting Aufguss rituals.
Whats involved?
We begin with a Yang Aufguss — a dynamic and energising session designed to awaken the body. Expect powerful towel techniques, uplifting aromas, and a vibrant atmosphere that builds heat and intensity in the sauna.
After the first session, guests will be guided through a cold plunge experience, learning how to safely and intentionally work with the contrast between heat and cold. You’ll then have time to free-flow between the sauna and plunge, allowing your body to cool, reset, and find your own rhythm.
The second half of the journey moves into Yin energy — a slower, grounding Aufguss focused on deep relaxation. With softer towel movements, calming scents, and a more meditative pace, this session invites you to soften into the heat and fully unwind.
Throughout the two hours, there will be plenty of time to move between sauna, cold plunge, and rest, giving space to integrate both the energising and calming sides of the experience.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Between 24 and 5 hours before you can reschedule your booking using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
We cannot facilitate reschedules within 5 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.
Should I arrive before my slot begins?
You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes.
