This two-hour experience is designed as an introduction to the world of guided sauna rituals — perfect for anyone curious to explore what they are, where they come from, and how they make you feel.

Led by our expert sauna guides, you’ll be taken through three distinct ritual styles, each rooted in a different cultural tradition:

Aufguss – a powerful, heat-driven ritual originating in Central Europe

Pirtis – a deeply grounding Baltic practice using rhythm, heat and breath

Saunotus – a flowing, sensory ritual inspired by Nordic sauna culture

Each ritual is carefully guided to showcase the unique atmosphere, techniques and impact of each style, giving you a true flavour of what ritual-led sauna can offer.

Across the two hours, you’ll experience all three rituals, with plenty of time in between to move freely, cool down, plunge, relax and enjoy the facilities at your own pace. This is not a rushed or rigid schedule — it’s an immersive, exploratory experience designed to educate, energise and restore.

Whether you’re completely new to sauna rituals or simply want a deeper understanding of them, this session offers a welcoming and accessible way to experience their power.

Parking is limited in the Goldenbridge Industrial estate where we are located. The Blackhorse Luas Stop is close by and the area is supported by the 13, 68 and 69 Dublin Bus routes. We recommend that you take public transport to our experience.
