Enjoy 45 minutes in our custom-built Finnish sauna, situated in a beautifully restored stone shed that overlooks the serene River Barrow, just a short distance from the heart of Graiguenamanagh.
The stone shed has been thoughtfully restored to retain its character, with the warm, aromatic wood of the sauna enhancing the calming atmosphere. The design reflects traditional Finnish elements, creating an authentic and immersive experience.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Between 24 and 5 hours before you can reschedule your booking using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
We cannot facilitate reschedules within 5 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.
Should I arrive before my slot begins?
You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes.
