Our 60 minute experiences are tailored for both seasoned wellness enthusiasts and those new to the practice, our sanctuary features five unique sauna experiences, each thoughtfully designed to offer distinct benefits and an unforgettable escape.
In addition to our five diverse sauna experiences, we offer state-of-the-art plunge pools in three invigorating temperatures—cold, tepid, and warm. These pools are expertly crafted to complement and elevate your sauna sessions, helping to refresh, balance, and deeply relax your body and mind.

On Victoria Road, just before reaching Albert Roundabout, take a right turn through the gates at the former Kerry Tools site. There is ample free parking available; however, vehicles left for more than 1.5 hours may be subject to clamping.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Between 24 and 5 hours before you can reschedule your booking using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
We cannot facilitate reschedules within 5 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.
Should I arrive before my slot begins?
You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes.
