As part of our official launch week, we’d love to invite the Google team to experience The Hot Box Bolands Mills, our newest and most premium space to date — completely free of charge.
This is a chance to step away from the desk, reset the body and mind, and be among the first to experience what we’ve been building behind the scenes. Sessions are complimentary for Google employees on the day, but booking is required to manage capacity.
Embark on a transformative journey of relaxation and rejuvenation at our premier shared sauna facility, located in Bolands Mills, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin city.
Our 75 minute experiences are tailored for both seasoned wellness enthusiasts and those new to the practice, our sanctuary features five unique sauna experiences, each thoughtfully designed to offer distinct benefits and an unforgettable escape.
In addition to our three diverse sauna experiences, we offer state-of-the-art plunge pools in three invigorating temperatures—cold, tepid, and warm. These pools are expertly crafted to complement and elevate your sauna sessions, helping to refresh, balance, and deeply relax your body and mind.
Whether you're cooling down, finding harmony, or enhancing your relaxation, our plunge pools provide the perfect finishing touch to your wellness ritual.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Between 24 and 5 hours before you can reschedule your booking using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
We cannot facilitate reschedules within 5 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.
Should I arrive before my slot begins?
You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes.
