- Become a member: Secure your pass today.
- Receive Your Smart Link: After purchase, you’ll receive a smart link via email titled "Your Open Air Membership Is Ready!". This will allow you to book your sessions at any of our locations.
- Track Your Usage across multiple locations: Our booking engine keeps tabs on how many sessions you’ve enjoyed and how many remain.

- Renewal: You membership will auto renew every 30 days.
- Locations are limited to: Bective, Inchicore, Sligo, Carlingford, Killiney Beach and Graiguenamanagh
- Excludes: Women's Only Slots and Peak hours
- Shared Sauna Experience: Sessions are social, and the sauna will be shared with other guests who book the same time slot.
- Respectful Environment: We uphold a zero-tolerance policy for negative behavior or comments. The sauna is a space for respect, relaxation, and community.
- Adults Only: This experience is exclusively for guests aged 18 and over.
- Loyalty & Bundles: As stated in our Ts & Cs we cannot permit the use of stacking benefits from loyalty programs and discounted bundles.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Between 24 and 5 hours before you can reschedule your booking using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
We cannot facilitate reschedules within 5 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.
Should I arrive before my slot begins?
You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes.
