The silent sauna is a tranquil retreat designed to provide a serene environment for relaxation and rejuvenation, the silent sauna offers a peaceful ambiance with minimal noise. This is for those who want to come on their own or as part of a small group but do not want to book out the sauna for their group.

The sauna is a safe space of respect for everyone sharing. We have a zero tolerance policy for negative behaviour or comments so please do not book a social sauna if you are not capable of being a friendly and respectful to other guests.
